Children's Safe Harbor

Children's Safe Harbor, located inside the 1416 20th St., Rockford, IL  61104, provides a neutral place for families to use when exchanging children for parenting time.  The visitation exchange site offers safety and manages potential conflict when parents are exchanging their children for court ordered visitation.
